Blum saw a demonstration of iManage Insight and realized it was the perfect solution for achieving their goal of managing their information more efficiently. He also saw that centralizing knowledge management with one vendor would make life easier for the IT team. Barry.Nilsson. has been an iManage customer for nearly two decades.

iManage professional services and Barry.Nilsson.'s implementation partner, Morae, helped the IT team build a platform that gives both the family and the insurance-focused lawyers a single pane of glass through which to view all of the critical information about their practices and clients. iManage Insight is an essential component of the custom solution, which the firm calls OSKR (One Solution for Knowledge and Research). Barry.Nilsson. also uses iManage Share to balance security with accessibility when collaborating with partners and clients on files.

Looking ahead
Launching a five-year strategy to migrate OSKR and iManage Share over to iManage Cloud. The team also plans to implement iManage Security Policy Manager to simplify creating ethical walls, and iManage Threat Manager to protect against security breaches.
